1 John 3:22-24

²² and ^(A)whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we ^(B)keep His commandments and do ^(C)the things that are pleasing in His sight.

²³ And this is His commandment, that we ^[a](D)believe in ^(E)the name of His Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as ^(F)He gave a commandment to us. ²⁴ And the one who ^(G)keeps His commandments ^(H)abides in Him, and He in him. ^(I)We know by this that ^(J)He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He gave us.
